You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant the above licenses and that your Submitted Materials are accurate, not fraudulent, and do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Websitify reserves the right to screen, monitor, or remove any Submitted Materials for any reason and may disclose your use of the Site and related data for any lawful purpose.
Information provided to Websitify through the Site may also be governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide and maintain accurate information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, U.S.A. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in New Jersey.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Websitify. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
